We’d also have your party all sign our release liability waiver if you decided to hold it here, I have attached it here for reference (wagon ride not include in on party pricing, this is separate for private tours). 

We require a 50% deposit for your event upfront and the remainder due the day before the event. Please note that we also require a $100 cleaning fee due the day before your event. Please review the cleanup information in the next tab.

In being a family friendly environment, we do not permit any alcohol, tobacco or other smoking be done on our premises. All children and otherwise dependents need to be supervised while interacting with any animals.

The GOAT ENCLOSURE is the only one anyone is permitted into, adult supervision and attendance is required. We reserve the right to revoke access to anyone we feel are not respecting our facility or animals.

We respectfully ask that all guests packup all the things brought in for your event.

All guests joining you are required to sign our liability wavier prior to joining your party, it is the responsibility of the host to submit these to a Happy Hens Representative prior to event starting.
